This Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy governs the purchase of products made through our website. By placing an order on The Ummati Store, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
1. Return Policy
1.1 The Ummati Store accepts returns only in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1.2 Any return request must be raised within 4 Days from the date of delivery.
1.3 To be eligible for a return, the customer must provide:
- A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video, and
- Clear images of the product showing the issue.
1.4 The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, along with original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories.
1.5 Returns will be subject to verification and inspection by The Ummati Store. If the claim is found to be invalid or does not meet the above conditions, the return request may be rejected.
2. Exchange Policy
2.1 Exchange is permitted for size-related issues, subject to product availability.
2.2 Exchange requests must be initiated within 4 Days of delivery.
2.3 A courier handling charge of ₹80 (Rupees Eighty Only) per order shall be payable by the customer for every exchange request.
2.4 The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with intact packaging and tags.
2.5 Products purchased during sales, promotional offers, or customized products are not eligible for exchange, unless the product is damaged or defective.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
3.2 Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.
3.3 In the event of an approved cancellation, the refund shall be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 (five to seven) working days.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refunds shall be processed only after the returned product has been received, verified, and approved by The Ummati Store.
4.2 Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only (UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking).
4.3 Shipping charges, if any, are non‑refundable.
5. Non‑Returnable & Non‑Exchangeable Items
5.1 The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sale or special offers (unless defective)
6. Important Terms
6.1 Products sent without prior approval from The Ummati Store shall not be accepted.
6.2 The Ummati Store reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with this policy.
6.3 The Ummati Store reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective immediately upon being posted on the website.
